Product Overview
High alumina castable is is kind of castable mateiral mixed by high alumina bauxite clinker as aggregate and powder, binder and dispersing agent. It has high mechanical strength and good thermal shock resistance, permeability resistance, erosion resistance, impact resistance, wear resistance, good mechanical properties,etc.
Advantages:
1. The construction water consumption is low, usually 6-7% of the high alumina refractory castable quantity, it has high density and low porosity;
2. High alumina refractory castable has good volume stability at high temperature. Although it is a kind of non-fire refractory, its volume decreases very less after drying and calcination.
3. High alumina refractory castable has a high curing strength not only at room temperature, but also at medium temperature and high temperature. The absolute strength is 3-5 times of that of traditional refractory castable;
4.Low cement content; the calcium content in high alumina refractory castable is only 1/4 to 1/3 of traditional refractory castable.Thus, the number of low melting mass in high alumina refractory castable is reduced, and improve the performance at high temperature.
High aluminum refractory castable is suitable for heating furnace, soaking furnace, heat treatment furnace, rotary kiln lining, Lining of various high-temperature burners, packing lining of water pipe of heating furnace, and high-temperature wear-resistant lining of catalytic cracking reactor of petrochemical industry. It can also be used to make large prefabricated parts.
